Welcome—I'm Lauri Stuber, Founder & Consultant
My story begins in rural Iowa, where I was raised on a farm in an agricultural community. I learned early the value of hard work, accountability, and earning trust through action. Those roots shaped my passion for helping organizations build strong, people-centered workplace cultures—places where salt-of-the-earth employees and managers feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work.
My professional background is grounded in food manufacturing and agribusiness, with deep experience across complex, people-intensive operations. Today, I call Wichita, Kansas my home and provide HR services, in-person and virtually. I work with organizations of various size and across multiple industries in the United States.
My mission is to provide the HR clarity and a thoughtful, well-designed approach leaders need—and to execute solutions that drive meaningful results. I believe the best outcomes come from strong partnerships, and I work alongside leaders as an extension of their team.
